Canton Fair 2026 On-Site: Hebei Gaibo Textile Welcomes Global Textile Buyers at Booth 16.3E20

Nov.02.2026

The 140th China Import and Export Fair is now underway in Guangzhou, and Hebei Gaibo Textile Co., Ltd. is pleased to welcome textile buyers, garment manufacturers, sourcing professionals and business partners to Booth 16.3E20 during Phase 3 of the Canton Fair.

Phase 3 runs from October 31 to November 4, 2026, under the theme “Better Life,” and includes Textile Raw Materials & Fabrics among its official product categories. The exhibition is being held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.

Our latest on-site photographs capture the atmosphere at the Hebei Gaibo Textile booth: our sales team standing in front of a wide range of fabric collections, buyers sitting with our staff to compare physical samples, and sourcing discussions taking place around fabric specifications, applications and future cooperation.

For us, these images represent what an international textile exhibition is really about — not simply displaying fabrics, but connecting real manufacturing capability with real sourcing requirements.

Canton Fair 2026 On-Site: Hebei Gaibo Textile Welcomes Global Textile Buyers at Booth 16.3E20

A Busy Canton Fair Booth Built Around Practical Textile Sourcing

At Booth 16.3E20, visitors can see and touch a broad selection of woven fabrics and yarn products.

The booth is organized around several of our major product categories, including:

  • TR suiting fabric
  • Shirting fabric
  • Workwear fabric
  • Pocketing fabric
  • Voile fabric
  • Thobe fabric
  • Polyester-cotton fabrics
  • TC and CVC yarn

Instead of relying only on digital catalogs, buyers can physically handle the fabric samples, compare colors and constructions, and speak directly with our team about their intended garment applications.

This is especially important in textile sourcing because many material characteristics are difficult to evaluate accurately through a screen.

Fabric hand feel, drape, thickness, weave structure, surface texture and actual weight perception often need to be experienced in person.

The Canton Fair gives buyers an opportunity to compare these factors immediately and ask technical questions while the samples are in front of them.

Real Buyer Conversations at the Exhibition

One of the on-site photographs shows our team sitting with visitors while fabric samples are being examined across the table.

These conversations often begin with a simple question:

“What kind of fabric are you looking for?”

But professional B2B sourcing usually goes much deeper.

A garment manufacturer may need a specific GSM for a uniform program.

A fabric distributor may be looking for several color options for a local market.

A workwear supplier may be concerned about durability, shrinkage and repeated washing.

A suit manufacturer may focus on drape, wrinkle resistance, softness and tailoring performance.

A thobe fabric buyer may prioritize smoothness, opacity, lightweight comfort and color consistency.

This is why Hebei Gaibo Textile does not treat fabric sourcing as a one-specification-fits-all process.

During face-to-face meetings, our team can discuss:

  • Fiber composition
  • GSM
  • Fabric width
  • Weave construction
  • Yarn specification
  • Hand feel
  • Color references
  • Printing requirements
  • Finishing options
  • Target garment
  • Target market
  • Bulk production requirements

When customers bring their own fabric swatches or garment samples, the discussion can become even more specific.

From Yarn to Fabric: Manufacturing Behind the Booth

Behind the fabrics displayed in Guangzhou is an integrated textile manufacturing system.

Canton Fair 2026 On-Site: Hebei Gaibo Textile Welcomes Global Textile Buyers at Booth 16.3E20

Hebei Gaibo Textile has been manufacturing yarn and fabric in China since 2003. According to our current company information, our factory operates approximately 120,000 ring-spinning spindles and 300 air-jet looms, with production capacity of around 1,000 tons of yarn and 3 million meters of fabric per month.

Our major products include cotton/polyester TC shirting fabrics, TC workwear fabrics, TR shirting and suiting fabrics, TC pocketing fabrics and TC/CVC yarn.

This integrated structure allows us to communicate with customers from both the yarn and fabric perspectives.

The production-process information displayed inside our booth also introduces visitors to different manufacturing stages, including yarn preparation, warping and sizing, weaving, inspection and packing.

For international buyers evaluating a long-term supplier, understanding the manufacturing process can be as important as evaluating the finished sample.

TR Suiting Fabric for Professional Apparel

TR polyester-viscose fabric remains an important category for customers producing professional garments.

Depending on composition, construction and weight, TR fabrics can be developed for:

  • Business suits
  • Formal trousers
  • Bank uniforms
  • Hotel uniforms
  • Office uniforms
  • Corporate clothing
  • Service-industry apparel

Buyers can discuss different polyester-viscose ratios and GSM options according to their market.

For example, lightweight TR fabrics may be more appropriate for warm-climate uniforms, while more structured weights can be considered for formal suits or cooler markets.

Rather than recommending the same construction for every buyer, our team aims to understand the actual garment application first.

TC Fabrics for Shirts, Workwear and Uniforms

Polyester-cotton fabric is another major focus of our product range.

Different TC compositions provide different balances of strength, comfort, easy-care performance and commercial cost.

These fabrics are widely considered for applications such as:

  • Shirts
  • School uniforms
  • Factory uniforms
  • Hospitality uniforms
  • Workwear
  • Pocketing
  • General professional apparel

At the exhibition, buyers can compare actual fabric samples and discuss how composition and GSM affect the final garment.

This type of physical comparison is especially useful when customers are deciding between several polyester-cotton constructions.

More Than Product Samples: Customized Development

Many buyers visiting our Canton Fair booth are not simply searching for a ready-made fabric.

They may already have an existing product that needs improvement or a new garment program requiring customized material.

Hebei Gaibo Textile supports OEM and customized development according to project requirements.

Potential customization discussions include:

  • Different polyester/cotton ratios
  • Polyester/viscose compositions
  • GSM adjustments
  • Custom colors
  • Printed patterns
  • Width requirements
  • Hand-feel adjustments
  • Selected functional finishing

Our website also lists options such as antibacterial, waterproof, anti-static and flame-resistant finishing, subject to project requirements and appropriate specification confirmation.

For functional fabrics, buyers should clearly communicate the required testing standards before development and bulk production.

Why Face-to-Face Meetings Still Matter in Textile Business

International sourcing is increasingly digital, but textile business still benefits greatly from personal interaction.

An email can communicate numbers.

A photograph can communicate appearance.

But a face-to-face meeting can combine:

Fabric + application + technical requirement + commercial expectation

in one discussion.

At the Canton Fair, our team can immediately ask follow-up questions when a buyer describes a project.

The customer can touch alternative fabrics, compare several constructions and clarify what is most important for the final garment.

That can make subsequent sampling more efficient and reduce misunderstanding before bulk production.

Building Long-Term International Partnerships

Hebei Gaibo Textile has always viewed exhibitions as more than short-term sales opportunities.

The goal is to develop relationships with customers who need stable textile supply over time.

For a repeated uniform program, for example, buyers may care about consistent specification and shade between orders.

For wholesalers, supply continuity and product range may be important.

For garment factories, production coordination and clear specifications may be the priority.

Understanding these differences is an important part of international textile service.

The photographs from our Canton Fair booth show exactly this process in action — our team talking directly with buyers around physical fabric samples rather than simply presenting a product list.
