Our cotton polyester shirt fabric, commonly referred to as TC or CVC blend, is manufactured using our vertically integrated facility of 120,000 ring spindles and 300 airjet looms, producing 3,000,000 meters of fabric monthly across our core categories including cotton TC shirting fabric that combines the natural comfort, breathability, and moisture absorption of cotton with the exceptional durability, wrinkle resistance, color retention, and easy-care properties of polyester, creating versatile textiles ideally suited for dress shirts, casual apparel, corporate uniforms, and hospitality applications, and our cotton polyester shirt fabrics are available in various blend ratios including 80/20, 65/35, and 60/40 compositions to accommodate different performance requirements and price points, while we offer these fabrics in a range of weave constructions including plain weaves for clean, smooth surfaces, and we enhance them with functional finishes such as wrinkle-resistant treatments, antibacterial coatings, moisture-wicking properties, and anti-static finishes, all supported by a workforce of over 600 experienced technicians.
