Our poly cotton shirting fabric is manufactured using our vertically integrated facility of 120,000 ring spindles and 300 airjet looms, producing 3,000,000 meters of fabric monthly across our core categories including cotton TC shirting fabric that delivers the optimal combination of durability, wrinkle resistance, and easy-care properties from polyester with the natural comfort, breathability, and moisture absorption of cotton, and this poly cotton shirting fabric is available in various blend ratios to suit different application requirements—from 80/20 blends that prioritize durability and wrinkle resistance for uniform programs to 65/35 blends that offer balanced performance for dress shirts and 60/40 blends that emphasize natural comfort for casual wear—while we offer these fabrics in a range of weave constructions including plain weaves for clean, smooth surfaces and poplin weaves that provide a crisp, structured appearance, and we enhance them with functional finishes including wrinkle-resistant treatments, antibacterial coatings for healthcare and hospitality applications, moisture-wicking properties for active wear, and anti-static finishes for improved comfort, all supported by a professional quality inspection team.
