Our polyester cotton shirt fabric is manufactured using our vertically integrated facility of 120,000 ring spindles and 300 airjet looms, producing 3,000,000 meters of fabric monthly including TC shirting fabric that combines the durability, wrinkle resistance, and easy-care properties of polyester with the natural comfort, breathability, and moisture absorption of cotton, creating versatile textiles ideally suited for dress shirts, casual apparel, corporate uniforms, and hospitality applications, and our polyester cotton shirt fabric is available in various blend ratios including 80/20 for maximum durability and wrinkle resistance in high-wear applications, 65/35 for balanced performance suitable for most shirt types, and 60/40 for enhanced natural comfort and breathability, while we offer these fabrics in a range of weave constructions including plain weaves for clean, smooth surfaces and poplin for crisp, structured shirts, and we enhance them with functional finishes such as wrinkle-resistant treatments that minimize ironing requirements, antibacterial coatings for healthcare and hospitality environments, moisture-wicking properties for active wear, and anti-static finishes for improved comfort.
