Our woven poly cotton shirting fabric is manufactured using our vertically integrated facility of 120,000 ring spindles and 300 airjet looms, producing 3,000,000 meters of fabric monthly including cotton TC shirting fabric in a range of woven constructions that deliver the structural integrity, dimensional stability, and surface characteristics essential for high-quality shirt manufacturing, and our woven textiles are crafted using premium TC CVC yarn produced on our 120,000 spindles, with precise control over warp and weft densities to achieve the desired fabric weight, hand feel, and performance characteristics, while our woven construction expertise encompasses plain weaves for clean, smooth surfaces ideal for formal shirts and dress shirts, as well as other constructions for varied applications, and we enhance these woven poly cotton shirting fabrics with functional treatments including wrinkle-resistant finishes that ensure easy-care performance, antibacterial treatments for hospitality and healthcare environments, moisture-wicking properties for active wear, and anti-static finishes for improved comfort, all supported by a workforce of over 600 experienced technicians and a professional quality inspection team.
